Last night, a service of Choral Evensong was held in St Peter’s Basilica in Rome, the very heart of the Catholic Church
“Whatever worries or cares you may have…we will help you.
I Love Thee Jesus
My Love above all things.
I repent with my whole heart
of having offended Thee.
Never permit me to separate myself
from Thee again.
Grant that I may Love Thee always.
Then do with me what Thou wilt.
Thank you Carol for showing such a courageous example!

Give it a try! – And as Fr Z would say – Go to Confession!
Please Holy Father, understand that love for the Old Mass doesn’t always come from rigid or narrow hearts. It comes from seeking and restless hearts. So perhaps we are best without such language. But …
As usual, Fr Hunwike makes excellent reading!
Dear Lord, we pray for all our children, especially those who have left the practice of their Faith.
May they return to the full unity of Love within Your Holy Church and may their lives find fulfilment in Your Holy Will.
Mostly, whatever choices they make in life, may they all eventually be admitted to Heaven to abide in Your Love.
Holy Mary, Mother of the Family – Pray for us.
St. Monica – Pray for us.
On 24 Jan 2017, SPUC’s Fiorella Nash appeared on BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour, in an episode called “The Abortion Act 50 years on”. The full episode can be listened to here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/program
Well dond Fiorella! – This is a superbly measured response to an unsupportive interview.
